Suito T - not changing resistance

Hello,
I recently had a problem with my Suito T smart trainer. To be exact, its resistance can’t be controlled. When I change the resistance or Watt output in MyETraining app it only changes the value I see on the screen but not the real output. To test this problem I built a training with 3 blocks in it which had resistances of 100W, 200W and 500W. While training the value seen on a screen changed with every block but the power I was pedalling was constant.
Please help me solve this problem out, I would be very grateful.

don't use smartphone app...

to check if is' an hardware problem try to control with a compatible bike computer, like garmin edge or similar, or by pc
