Issue with direto xr and ant+devices

Hi to all. After update firmware on my traner i've lost permanently connection with my heart rate monitor wich connects via ant+ to pc through this trainer.
Somebody have this problem? And how you solved this problem?

The direto XR has a heart rate monitor? That would be new to me...
Your heart belt sensor transmits to your pc, or to the ant+ dongle, directly.
If it gets lost, maybe ant+ dongle gets lost (some usb ports are not stable, try another one), or maybe battery in heart belt gets low?

First of all, check the belt battery just to be sure.
Do also again the configuration of the HR belt.
