As title suggests, does Elite publish any kind of firmware release notes for the trainers, such as Suito/Suito-T?

I tried to google for the topic but simply couldn't find anything...

I would say nope… Release notes should indicate the version as well as the associated fixes and new features. I would consider the link more for market purposes…
