Qubo Power Fluid / Gamin 965 setup

I have added a Misuro to my Qubo Power Fluid and connected it to my Garmin 965. I set the Misuro to 5 blinks and on the speed / cadence sensor on the Garmin 965 I have set the wheel size to 141mm.

It seems to under report the speed, do I have the correct settings?

Also, watch keeps telling me the battery in the power meter is low even after I change the battery.

Any ideas about this?
