Qubo calibration

When I try to calibrate my Qubo Smart Digital B+ the P1 test lasts forever. I was in the red zone for the entire time and just gave up after 15 minutes. How long should this calibration take? I'm using the 1.1.7(40) Elite app on a macbook OS 10.13.1
