qubo digital smart b+ vibration

Hi, i just get my qubo digital and i got an issue and some questions. The issue is that there are a TONS of vibrations when using it while when i use the same bike with my 12 years old elite mag elastogel i got no vibration at all. Questions are: Can i make it to work harder when not using power supply? How can i upgrade firmware(got a sticker that says its upgradeable)? Is there any difference between 30 and 30mm version? You shouldn't have vibration on the trainer.
