Directo Cadence conecting

Directo power metter conect with ant+ in my e traing but
ther is problem with cadence sensonr, softwer does not see them and dont allow to finish setup

Are you sure that the cadence sensor is ant+ or bluetooth smart?
Are you sure that your device supports that protocol?
Can you tell me the model of the cadence sensor and your device?
