Hello,

I have a connection problem on my qubo digital.
when I plug it in, the led lights up in solid red and it is impossible to connect to the HT.
Is there a procedure to reset or start a new detection.

If it's the old version, it's ok that the led turns on when you power on the trainer.
About the heart rate, are you sure that your belt is ant+?
Did you do the pairing in the menu?
