failure to calibrate

Hi, I have been a bad user and have not regularly calibrated my Volano Smart Misuro B+. Now that the weather is changing and I'll start using the turbo again, I have tried to calibrate the trainer via the app on my phone (Samsung). It seems to be calibrating (round icon swirling round and round) but after about 4 or 5 minutes, it says 'calibration failed'. Any help on how I can calibrate successfully?? I assume that I should stop pedalling whilst the calibration is in progress.

Volano cannot be calibrated. The option should also not appear in the menu.
Are you sure that you've selected the correct trainer in the menu? Give it a check.
