Hi,
I have a little problem with my trainer and it lost some oil. After that i oberved a lack of resistance and excess of power (unless i became more than a pro cyclist). I think that this fluid is mineral oil, is ir correct? The other questiona is: how much fluid is The ideal for The trainer?

Hi Leonardo
There are two possible causes for an oil leakage in Turbo Muin:
- the aluminium shell has been damaged
- the seal has been pinched and doesn't work well
To verify which one of the two is the real cause, you have to check from where the oil leaks.
See this image:

If the oil leaks from the point indicated by the right arrow, it is due to the shell. If it is from the point indicated by the left arrow, it is due to the seal.
In the first case, it is necessary to replace the complete trainer. In this case, check your warranty and contact the shop.
In the second case, contact our customer care at [email protected] explaining the situation, we will send you a new o-ring, the oil needed (it's a special oil, don't use any different oil or you'll damage the trainer) and the instructions on how to do the repair.
