Why is it that when I am trying to pair my Kura with MyETraining on Windows, the Kura does not appear in the trainer family option, therefore not allowing me to go any further?

Hi

The official version of our my e-training Desktop pc software only supports the interactive trainers (that's why you cannot find Kura in the settings).
But we've released a beta version of the software that supports also the smart trainers.

To download it:
- go to this page: http://www.elite-it.com/en/products/glo ... e-training
- click on "click to download"
- click on "participate in the beta phase"

Please remember that to connect to your trainer you need a usb ant+ dongle or your pc must support the bluetooth LE (not only the standard bluetooth).
