The Real Software wired does not work in W10

Since I had a update in W10 the "Real for Realaxiom wired v. 8.0.0.44 does not work, there's way to fix it?

It may be due to port COM number.

Please download this file (it's an empty txt file, don't worry about it) and copy it on the same folder where the Real.exe file is:

Then, open windows device manager and check which number of COM port uses the console.
If it is equal or lower than 3, change the COM number and set it at 4 or higher.

Then run the software and all should work properly.

There could be various reasons as to why the Ethernet not working issue is residing on your computer. Based on these reasons, you should take the actions. You first have to try the common solutions that work for most of the users

I have encountered with a wired problem which was generating in the windows 10 but in window 7 it was working fine. The software problem may be due to a different reason.
