When is expected that the Desktop application supports Elite Turbo Muin, the same way as the mobile app?

I'm sorry guys, we still don't have a official release date.
But it should be available in a month or two.

i have bought an Elite turbo Muin Smart B+
There is a leaflet inside giving me 12 months free My E Training.
Is my turbo compatible with My E Training, which I have installed on a Mac Mini running High Sierra using Bkool ANT+ interface.
If so, how do I set it up to work?
It recognises Power, Garmin Cadence & Garmin HRM.
How do I get it going.

If you are going to say it is not yet compatible, I would like my registration dated from the day it becomes compatible.

It's a bit frustrating and not straightforward.

I'm sorry, in this moment my e-training Desktop pc software doesn't support the smart trainers, like yours.
Soon we will add them.

The subscription is the same for the app and the Desktop version.
If you want to cancel your registration, you'll loose it also for the app.

Very late in the game - but I suspect I've bought a duff trainer - I've also got the Elite turbo Muin and trying to get the training software running on my PC - the trainer is not listed - so the ANT+ sensor is detected but as I can't select the correct trainer, it won't let me proceed.

I realise this is a rather old thread (over a year old) - but when is this being resolved please?
