Can I upgrade ?

Hi, I have a quobo digital, serial number Q 13666
Can it be upgraded to be fully smart ?
I would like to use it with zwift and bkool etc and it be interactive, ie resistance increases automatically with inclines.
I understand I require an iPad with adaptor or laptop with ant usb stick, and then the elite computer becomes useless, is all this correct, anything else I need to know ?
Also would I be able to control the power / watts via a garmin if not using zwift etc ?
