Import kml file su ipad/iPhone

Hi,
how can I import file in my iPhone/iPad My-Traing app?
When I choose Map and then Import, I have the message: No kml file to import

come posso importare file kml nell'app My Training con iPhone/iPad?
Quando seleziono "Corse Mappe", poi "+" per importare un file kmlsi "Import mappa", ottengo il messaggio "Nessun file KML da importare"

The kml file must be first loaded on itunes, then you'll be able to find it in my e-training

I understand that you have to use ITunes to import KML files but don’t know how to do this. Do you have a step by step guide that I can use. I will be very grateful.

Here's a link about how to load the file using iTunes:

Then:
- run my e-training
- select map courses
- select the + button
- select import
