Resistance on the turbo was set at level 1, the easiest.
Although the results seemed sensible, given the effort I was putting in and knowing my capabilities well, I did spend the entire 20 min effort around 52 X 14 - 12 spinning around 94 rpm
Its reasonable to say in the next 2-3 months I will need to take the resistance up a notch to level 2
However, I don't see any facility to set the resistance level up a notch in the FTP Test unlike the other training programs in the app or the real video stuff which is annoying!
Am I condemned to buying a smart trainer?
Am I going to have to change my gearing to a 53/11 or greater or greater as I progress
Am I missing something in the app?
Any help would be well appreciated
