Hi all
New to this trainer malarky, I have the Myetraining app working on my phone.
Im trying to set it up on my pc but I cant get it to find my trainer.
Ive downloaded a BKool app and this picks up my trainers power and cadence sensors so I know the ANT+ sensor is working.
I just get an error message of "No Trainer Found"
Ive also tried the BETA version, still no joy.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Regards
Adam

Re: ELITE Real Turbo Muin - App cant find the trainer
Is it your Real Turbo Muin the ant version or the B+ version?
If it is the ant+ version, you have to do the upgrade to the ant+ fe-c to use it with my e-training Desktop.

Re: ELITE Real Turbo Muin - App cant find the trainer
This means that the software should find it.
First, let's check the dongle (1).
The ant dongle is properly connected to the usb port?
If you open windows device manager, the dongle is properly recognized?
If not, install the driver manually.
If this doesn't solve the problem, let's check the communication in the software (2).
When you try to pair the trainer, in the page where you have to select the communication protocol, the ant symbol has a red exclamation point over it?
If it is so, check if you have installed other programs that can accede to the dongle. Some of them (like Garmin Express, AntAgent...) can occupy the ant dongle at computer start up. If this is the case, disable them (or kill the process in task manager before running my e-training Desktop).
If this is not the cause of the issue, check also if the trainer is still communicating with something else. So, let's try resetting the communication (3).
Follow this procedure:
- power off the trainer
- power off any device that you have previously used with the trainer (smartphone, tablets, Garmin devices...)
- restart your pc
- power on the trainer only
- do again the configuration
If still the problem is not solved, contact our customer care at [email protected].

Re: ELITE Real Turbo Muin - App cant find the trainer
Hi
The ANT+ Dongle had a tick in the top corner, there is no red exclamation point.
The trainer cant be communicating with something else, if I open up the bkool application it works fine.
If I open the app on my mobile it works fine it only doesn't work with the desktop application.
How do I power off the trainer?
Regards

Re: ELITE Real Turbo Muin - App cant find the trainer
Ok guys sorted!!!!
I was being a bit dumb and when ive picked the right trainer I can now select it
I think its resolved by two reasons...
1) me being dumb and picking the wrong trainer.
2) I saw on another guys post that it doesnt play nicely with garmin connect, I also uninstalled that......

Garmin software sometimes occupy the ant dongle at computer start up.
To avoid this, you can:
- uninstall them
- check if there's an option to prevent them to run at startup
- kill the process in task manager before running our software
