Anyone have an idea what this sound is?

Purchased the Drivo last week brand new from Halfords.After do an FTP test on Trainerroad I heard this noise.

Hopefully it's a simple fix and the cassette is brand new and on correctly.

First thing I would do is take it back off and reattach it and make sure it is set in the drops correctly AND that you have the quick release properly tightened. With these trainer skewers, they tighten a little different than normal.

Thanks, I've done that numerous of times and even changed different skewers.
