Loud Squeaking Elite Qubo Digital Smart B Plus Trainer

My trainer has started squeaking really loudly, it’s almost like it needs to be greased or oiled.

I can’t find any maintenance info on this.

Anybody know if you are suppose to oil/grease and if so how?

Trainer is only 11months old.

Mine have the same issue with 16 months of use, according to Elite my resistance unit needs to be replace as there is no way to fix it.
