12 month subscription??

I purchased an Elite Turbo Muin Smart Turbo Trainer from Halfords and the website states: ''PLUS - The Turbo Muin Smart B+ includes a 12 month subscription to the Elite My E-Training App''reversephonelookup.onl/ curated.onl/nba-reddit/
In the box there is only a 1 month subscription? How do you get the 12 months as advertised?? Have contacted Halfords who directed me here...sent a message via the contact us link on this forum and no response!!
