I have a problem with the Elastogel roller of my Novo Force roller. I would like to know if I can buy another Elastogel without buying another home trainning roller.

It's not possible to replace the elastogel roller.

Please notice that the elastogel roller is made to last over years.
If it is damaged, it must have happened one of these:
- it has been used the brake
- the trainer is not properly mounted and there is no enough pressure between the wheel and the elastogel

If the craving is little, you can move the unit of resistance on a side (the holes that fix the unit are slotted)
