Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ getting noisy?

Recently my 2 year sold Elite Qubo Digital Smart B+ has been getting noticeably noisier than before. I am wondering if there is any DIY maintenance that I can / need to do to the trainer unit?

I always got new trainer tire, so I am trying to isolate if the tire itself is nosier or if its the trainer itself.
