Qubo digital smart B+ no longer adjusts resistance in erg mode

Hi. My trainer no longer changes watt/ resistance with trainer road program. It also doesnt appear to respond to the elite app either. I can be travelling at 46km/hr based on my garmin but not able to get past 80watts. Thoughts?

This kind of issue usually can be due to a malfunctioning of the internal motor or a problem on the electronic board.
