Hi
Bought my first smart trainer, a Suito a few weeks ago and did a spin down calibration for the first time this week.
The trainer prior to the calibration was reading around 5% higher than my crank power meter.
After the spin down, the trainer is now reading around 10% lower than the power meter.
I tried to do the spin down twice and tested after each, getting consistent result of ~-10% on both occasions.
Is there a specific way the spin down should be conducted? Do I need to stay clip in etc?
All else failing, is there a way to calibrate the trainer to reduce the difference between the power meter and the trainer?
Low power reading after spin down calibration

Re: Low power reading after spin down calibration
Hi
Spindown with Suito must be done after a 10 minutes workout (no more, nor less) at around 20km/h (100-150W).
If you have done it properly, check to have calibrated properly also the power sensor.
If still you have a high difference, contact our customer care at [email protected]

Where do you do the spindown calibration?
I can't seem to find out how to do it anywhere.
