Novo smart trainer x companion (qd 56 x qd 20)

I have a new elite smart, and it does not work connected through the zwift companion. I have an Apple tv and only connect 2 Bluetooth items, but I have 3 devices.

On notebook and apple tv it appears as QD 56 and works normally, but on companion it appears as QD 20 and elevation does not work. My cellphone is a galaxy s10 (android)

Hi

If you use bluetooth, Zwift assign a number by its own; so it's normal that you have different number.
But of course resistance regulation should work also with the Zwift companion app.
I suggest you to contact Zwift, as it may be a problem of setting.

But the fact that only through a companion appears a name other than bluetooth (qd20), and the zwift appears directly qd56, whether apple tv or pc would not be considered? Is the name not connected directly to the device? You can also request help from zwift support.

No, the number is not connected to the device (only the ant number is connected).
Zwift assing a number, independently to what is set on the trainer
