heart rate transmeter don't connect to log

hello, i have a elite direto HM, when i open my e-training , HM was connected. but my heart rate transmitter won't connect .i have a ant+ recept on my pc , and a magene heart rate transmitter. i have a message in red "unable to initialise an ant device" when i ask to connect my heart rate in "parameters" menu .
have you an idea why it doesn't work ? thanks.

Can you tell me the model of the HR sensor?
It's a bluetooth smart or an ant+ sensor?
