Cannot launch E Training on my desktop

I'm a new user of Elite Direto. I installed on my PC. I try to enter my data (weight, age, heart rate).
Then I click on Proceed... and it crashes right away.
Strange that I cannot pass the first menu!!!

If it helps I am having the same problem, I have just purchased the Direto trainer today and joined E training and when I click proceed after entering the data the app on my PC crashes.

Same problem here, got a new trainer and when trying to fill my data it crashes after "proceed"

Same here! PC Windows 10. After first page-->proceed--> crash.

Same problem here!! Trying to run on a Windows 10 PC with all recent updates.... bit upsetting after shelling out so much cash for a Direto!! Hoping there is a fix soon!!

Même problème pour moi !!! Au moment du choix de mon HT (Elite DIRETO) l'application bug et se ferme !! Impossible de configurer mon HT à cause de ce problème...
Quand même étonnant venant d'une grande marque comme Elite d'avoir une application si peu fonctionnelle et très mal notée sur le Play Store...
COMMENT RESOUDRE CE PROBLEME ???


Same problem for me !! The app crash when i choose my HT (Elite DIRETO).
Very surprised that a big brand like Elite has such disgraceful reputation on the Play Store for their app...
HOW TO RESOLVE THAT ISSUE ??

To Elite Admin, I too cannot launch and use My E-Training for Windows although I can now select my RealTour ANT . Are you working to resolve this issue for all of us? Thank You.

Hi all,
Elite provided the following solution. Unfortunately it does not work for me. I will be contacted by the Elite team again for a second solutions.
Maybe it will work on your PC.
See here below the steps

"logout from My E-Training,--> uninstall it.
activate displaying of hidden files on your windows 10
Go to: C:\Users\"user_name"\AppData\Roaming
delete the folder MyETraining
go to https://www.elite-it.com/it/prodotti/ap ... e-training
install the software again.
