Re: My e training test
Hi
the training test should go to phase 3 when your heart rate reaches the target value.
If this has not happened, please contact the customer care at [email protected] adding a screenshot of the test when the issue occurs.

Re: My e training test
I have completed the training test but it has not recommended a 4 week training programme-am I missing something?

Re: My e training test
At the end of the test, you'll be asked if you want to generate the 4 weeks programs.
If you missed it, simply open the history, select the training test, select the share button and you'll see the generating option.

Re: My e training test
My training test skips phase 2 and goes immediately after phase 1 to phase 3. Please advise.

Re: My e training test
It does go to phase 3 but it skips phase 2.
Re: My e training test
Please have a look at the attached Test results. When I start the training program the training goes into phase 1 . After 10 minutes it skips phase 2 and goes directly the phase 3, whichbis exactly thebsame as phase 3.
My questions:
Why does it skip phase 2?
What is the purpose of phase 3?
Is there a manual which describes how to read the test results?

Re: My e training test
Sorry, probably I haven't explained myself very well.
PHASE 1
It's only a warm up.
PHASE 2
During this phasethe program will increase gradually the trainer resistance to raise your HR until it reaches the target value (which is the 83% of your max HR). When the HR value reaches the target value, the program will skip to Phase 3.
PHASE 3
Now you have to pedal for 10 minutes keeping your heart at the target level. In this phase, the program will continously adjust the trainer resistance to keep your HR as constant as possible (for example, if your HR raises too much, the resistance will be decreased to diminish the effort)
So, if at the end of phase 1 your HR value has already reached the target value, the program will skip directly to phase 3 and the result may be incorrect. This may happen if you are particulary out of shape or if your heart beats at higher values than usual (we are all different, so it may happen). In the first case, you have to train a bit more or maybe you have used wrong gear in phase 1. In the second case, you can modify your max HR in the rider setting but only after consult a doctor.
I hope that now it's all clear

Re: My e training test
Tonight I had an other strange thing with my test: when my phase 3 started I almost contiously get the red mark downwards to limit my speed although my target HR wasn't reached. It seemed he wanted me to achieve my start HR. Conclusion is a not reliable trainingstest. Could someone explain this? To get it right: phase 3 is 10 minutes in and around target HR?
