FTP Test

Hi,

I do have a Elite Nova Force 8 and the Misuro B+. I did the FTP Test, but I am not quick sure on which resistance 1 to 8 I have to ride? I remember the app said something about 3 but in the Help menu on the FTP Test it says the lowest which means 1.

Can someone please explain me which one is the correct way to do the FTP test?!
