direto training test

hello there, i am trying to do a training test on my direto using the my e training app , whilst doing it the direto is beeping most of the time , is this normal ?

I have experienced that too. I am using ANT+.

The beeping sound you hear is the internal stepping motor that is adjusting the trainer resistance, it's normal.
During the normal use of the trainer, the sound should be merely noticeable.

thankyou , also i have noticed that the resistance on the training test is very hard to pedal , it says i am pushing out 100w where in reality it is much higher , if i increase the speed and cadence it still says 100w , is this right and is my trainer faulty in any way

Have you done a calibration?
If not, do a 10 minutes warm up and then follow the calibration procedure.

i have done a callibration test , it ran for about 20 seconds then said it was complete . I thought it would take longer to do than that so i tried again and the direto kept dropping the BLE signal when i started to pedal
