Erg mode / resistance not working!

Hi

My Drivo has once again stop working in ERG mode and manual resistance control.

I have tried it on the Elite app and also on Sufferfest, in both modes (ERG and manual control).

The apps receive the reading (ie power/cadence etc.) but there is no activity or response from the stepper motor (resistance) on the Drivo.

Any Ideas or suggestions?

FYI:
This is the second time I am experiencing this problem. Last time back in 2019, we needed to swapped out the controller board.
I'm hoping that is not the case!!!
