Download of myRealVideos

Hey, how can I download myRealVideos to my pc (not! App on mobilephone) ? Cant find a download-button or anything. or do I need a special software?

with our Real software, it is not possible.
We're going to release a new software next week that will allow you also to download the RealVideo (but it will need a annual subscription)

The software side of this trainer is a HUGE disappointment. It doesn't even seem like there is any effort to make the experience enjoyable for the consumer. Not a product I can recommend to others based on my experience. Sadly I bought the trainer and am not happy.

Può utilizzare il nuovo software my e-training Desktop, che è stato appena rilasciato.
Richiede però un abbonamento annuo.

Are you on the PC with the "Real" trainer program running and selecting myRealVideos at the top menu bar?
I might have different software (real 8.0.0.22) but have downloaded many videos this way.

I've got the application My E-training but it's impossible to connect my Realtour Ant now!!!
How can we do to download videos on our pc please ?

My e-training Desktop pc software in this moment only supports the ant+ fe-c interactive trainers.
If you have a RealTour ant version (not B+), it is not supported yet.
BUT if your serial number is higher than 22210, you can upgrade the trainer to the fe-c version and connect it to the software as a RealTour B+ via ant+.
Otherwise, you can use Real software on your pc or my e-training app on a smartphone/tablet
