Suito noise and movement sideways

Hey there,
Lately my suito trainer start making a "cloink" noise when pedaling out of the saddle. Also the left to right movement on the trainer has increased.
I can move the saddle easy 3-4cm left to right when I hold the trainer feet fully down.
It feels as is the is play in the flywheel bearing or something like that.
I tried to make a video of it, sound is most clear around 15 sec. Unfortunately I cannot add the video to the topic. Let me know if I can email the video
Hope to hear this can be easily solved, the trainer has done approx 500km...

Hi did you receive an answer to this issue? I've noticed that mine seems to have a side to side movement at the flywheel, dames as you mentioned, almost like loose bearings. It also occasionally makes noises at high power 250w upwards (high for me). I've checked the unit and it's perfectly level, can anyone help?

Hello, I have the same problem with my suito. Often lose the regolation of the feet and it starts lateral movement. How can I solve this?
