I have a specialized crux 2015/16 model
Cassette is Shimano 105, 11-speed, 11-28t - is this compatible with my
suito?

I don't know if the cassette that comes with the Suito varies based on region and year. My Suito (purchased fall 2020, Canada) came with a 105, 11-speed 11-28 cassette, and it works with my bike (Giant Dey Advanced 2), which had a 105, 11-speed 11-34t cassette. I hope this helps!

Same for me, my bike has a cassette 11-34, 11 speeds and it worked right out of the box with the mounted cassette 11-28, 11 speeds, on the suito.

I don't know much bikes (I'm still new to cycling), but if your specialized frame has nothing special it should work as well. If you don't have a cassette with your suito you can mount directly the one from your bike as it is compatible directly with shimano cassette.

I agree with hernandez.
Other possibility is to buy a cassette compatibile with shimano.

e.g: my setup:

bike: 10-42 SRAM cassette 11 v

suito: 11-42 SUNRACE cassette 11 v

All is perfect
