New user, did a ramp test OK, now when using my Direto to do some Trainer Road base build sessions, I'm all the way down in baby gear and grinding at 55 rpm and struggling to make 80% of my FTP https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ ( 190watts ).
Had to stop before my knees blow out
What am I doing wrong ?? is there some configuration set up or something that I need to do that will get the Elite Direto to give me more realistic resistance for the targeted watts ??
