Can I use Suito without fully unfolded legs?

Postby lukas.droppan » Wed Sep 29, 2021 9:10 am

Hello, I am planning to buy Elite Suito trainer, but since I have very limited space in my flat (trainer will be placed next to wall), I am not sure if it's good idea to use it the way I am planning to do.

Is it safe / possible to use Suito without fully unfolded legs? Without fully unfolded legs I mean, opened to maybe to 70% what is possible.
I am not planning to do any sprints or ride out of saddle to destabilise the trainer.

I really like all the features that Suito has but this is something that really bothers me.
I couldn't find any answers to my question so I think there is no better place where I can ask this.

Right now I have Elite Qubo Fluid which is about 60cm wide, Suito has more than 15cm + in width.
I am fully aware that it can destabilise the trainer, I am more bothered it it can damage it or not.

Thanks for help.

Hi

We highly recommend to open completely the legs.
If you fall with the bike on a side the risk is to break the trainer.

Thank you, so I have to find different solution / trainer, maybe from a different manufacturer.
