I have a new Novo force mag 5 steps.
I have taken a training test, and now i have a 4w program. When im cycling it's very easy for me to hit the requered watt even in low speed and cadense. if i put more resistance on, and change it in the app i blow the watt i should ride.
Yesterday i had a 40min session, and my heart rate was 42%on easiest, and 58% on easy, nothing else.
What am i doing wrong? or should it be that easy?

The generated training have been calculated by an algorithm that has been studied by an equipe of professionals.
So, follow the training as indicated and at the end of the 4 weeks you should have an improvement of your fitness level
