Quick release

I have a novo smart, which I used with the supplied quick release on my hybrid bike.

I now have a new road bike which has a 12mm thru axle, which looks quite different. Do I need a different quick release, or can I use the same type??

Hi, I got the same problem, and I bought the thru axle adapter. My new bike is a Pinarello Gan K Disc. The thing is that the locking mechanism seem too small for the new size, can you confirm it works with disc brake road bikes? thanks
