Qubo Fluid + Noisy Roller

My Qubo Flud + is making a growling sound which is very annoying.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have technical support questions:

1 How can I maintain the Qubo Fluid Plus - It seems to make ecessive noises.
2. Can I grease it somehow?
3. Is there a user manual, and a technical manual
