Brand new trainer screaking and with elastogel black

Hello guys, I got a Qubo Digital Smart B+ brand new, took it to house and calibrated it with my power meter.
Then I did a 30min ERG session to test it. The trainer was screaking a lot on efforts above 200W, and when I finished the session, the elastogel was very dirty and dark, like it was eating my tyre. My tyre was clean because I had used it on my older trainer before, so it was not fault of the tyre...

Is there a problem with this unit? I'm thinking about returning it, its look like it is a faulty one.
