Elite Novo Smart not adjusting resistance

Hi all!I have an Elite Novo Smart.Have been using it on Zwift for almost 2 years,with absolutely no problems and was super happy with it.
Couple of days ago it stopped adjusting the resistance in ERG and SIM mode aswell.So i can easily push out 1000+ Watts that Zwift shows,but in reality im not even close to that.
Tried to disconnect all ANT+ and BT devices.Reconnect and all this stuff.Nothing works.
Any ideas or help?

I had the same problem yesterday with my Elite Evo.
I used Elite apps during 1,5 years, Zwift and other apps. And yesterday, I have been easily at 800 watts. On Elite app, if I adjust the resistance level from 100 W up to 700 W, Nothing happens.

I have no idea, I fear that the resistance system is broken...

Contact the customer care, the problem may be on the electronic board (which is easy to replace)
