Trainer very noisy now won't work properly.

Please help.
I've had the Novo smart, without issue, for a couple of years.
In the last few days it started getting noisy.
Today it makes a noise now when switching on and it now doesn't respond to elevation changes.
I use this in zwift daily, so I'm quite upset this doesn't work anymore. Any advice will be most welcomed.

There may be a problem on the electronic board or on the motor.
Please contact the customer care at [email protected] and explain the situation, the guys there will give you instructions on what to check
