Elite Novo - funny noise at start up and no resistance up hill

Hi all,

Hope you are all doing well.

I brought a Elite Novo in March last year and it has been working really well. Last week the noise at start up was different to usual and when using the trainer and going up hill the additional resistance was not in place it was the same resistance as on the flat.

Does anyone have any idea of what it could be?
