Elite Zumo indexing issues

Hi - hope someone can help.. I have an issue with the indexing on my Elite Zumo trainer... it rarely goes into the 11tooth and delays/jumps on the other gears which is frustrating, only just started doing this a couple of weeks ago despite having this for nearly a year. As it is a 10spd I use both spacers.

My only problem is it has perfect indexing on the rear wheel IRL! Both cassettes are 11-32 10 spd Shimano's.

The help would be greatly appreciated.

Usually one spacer is enough for a 10 speed cassette.
Try with one spacer only, if the problem persists contact your trusted bike mechanic
