Direto X power meter problem

Hi,

I have a Direto x its power meter has started to act up one minute it was fine then i lost everything watts and hr no numbers , it lasted for roughly 20 seconds then watts and hr came back but froze for another 10 seconds.192.168.l.l routerlogin 192.168.0.1

Any one have an idea whats going on please?

Does this happens frequently?
The other data (speed, HR...) freeze in the same way or they are properly shown?

It may be a disconnection or a problem on the internal sensor.
