Suito-T issue - knocking sound

Hi.

I have a problem with Suito. There is an unnatural, loud, rhythmic, tapping sound coming out of it. What's causing it? I did some research among my friends and on the Internet and this sound occurs for some people and not for others. I've recorded a video:

Hi guys

Every time you have strange noises or vibrations coming from the trainer, it's necessary to contact the support.
Specify the trainer model, serial number and add a video in which we can hear the noise (as usually the video files are large, a good thing to do is to use a file sharing site - for example www.wetransfer.com - to upload the video

I've send a first message this monday, yet. (Through the url you've given in this thread, just above)
And i've just give a second one, this morning, through the Elite application (MyEt-traing/general/contact us)
(Everytime, i 've linked a video with onedrive url)

For now and since two days, i'm waiting for an answer: could you eventually give it a "kind little punch"?

I can confirm today that i had a message from "Federico-ELite": We are in discussion about the problem discussed above.
I Think i must advise to all with such problem to adress to https://support.elite-it.com/en/ticket, ...just like Elite admin "S" advise it (see above again! )

(For information, i chose to turn from Suito to Direto-XR... But that's not an eco-neutral solution ( !!)
As far as i'm sure that there's another good end to this prob, arguing with Elite or the commercial supplier)
