Kura - speed consistent, but power and cadence fluctuating

Last two sessions, speed and perceived effort were constant, as I would expect, but later in the session I noticed that the reported cadence and power were fluctuating wildly, the power was ranging from 230W to 800W for the same effort. Please find the attachment.
Any ideas, loose drive belt?
