Handcycle support

Hello, I would like to ask if anyone has experience with using Elite Suito with a handcycle (handbike).
I received Elite Suito as a gift for Christmas and I would like to build a custom frame to be able to use it with a handbike.

The question is:
1. Is it safe to mount Suito upside down?
2. Is there anyone who is using Suito with hancycle and care share their build?
