Hi,
8 months ago I bought an Elite Zumo from Halfords in the UK. It has broken and I would like to open a warranty claim. Halfords told me I needed to contact Elite directly and gave me an email address: [email protected]. I sent an email a week ago and haven't had any response, even an acknowledgement of my email.
Is this the right way to open a warranty claim?
