Hi,
So i downloaded the new desktop software and my user details that were registered last year, enabling my lifetime subscription that came with UK Drivo's, force me to purchase a new license?
Anyone care to explain what is going on and how we can reactivate our lifetime subscription. Unless i understand this wrongly, lifetime meant as long as i didn't drop dead and well last time i checked, am not dead yet ?
Are purchased videos in the old software least be enabled to be used in the new version?

The lifetime subscription only covers my e-training app use.
If you want to use my e-training Desktop pc software, a annual subscription is needed.
About the videos, send a photo of the original DVD and we will activate a free download for it in the app

I have a dvd of Alpe d'Huez that doesn't work. Can you send me instructions of how to make it work after successfully installing it or send me a link to download it direct to the myrealvideos site. It doesn't recognise the file when I click on it.
